This policy explains how NDA Capital Projects handles personal information collected through ndacapitalinvestments.co.za and enquiries about our construction, property maintenance and security services. It is intended to support the protection of personal information under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
1. Who to contact
NDA Capital Projects is responsible for the personal information you provide when enquiring about our services. For privacy questions or requests, email info@ndacapitalprojects.co.za or call 083 357 5490. Please mark email requests “Privacy request”.
2. Information we collect
Our enquiry form collects your contact name, phone number, email address, selected service, project details and your agreement to be contacted. You may also provide a company name and project location. We record when an enquiry is submitted and when permission to contact you is given.
When you contact us directly, we receive the information included in your correspondence. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending identity documents, financial account details or other sensitive information through the general enquiry form.
Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times in server logs. The enquiry form uses a temporary coded identifier derived from an IP address to limit repeated submissions and help prevent abuse.
3. Why we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your requirements, prepare quotations, arrange site visits and manage requested services. We also process information where reasonably necessary to maintain website security, prevent spam, keep appropriate business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on your consent, steps needed to enter into or perform a contract, a legal obligation, or legitimate interests permitted by law. Enquiry details are not collected to subscribe you automatically to marketing messages.
4. Your choice to provide information
Providing information is voluntary. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to submit the online form and allow us to respond. Without sufficient contact or project details, we may be unable to assist. You may contact us by phone or email instead.
5. Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored in the website’s restricted administration area and sent to our business enquiry email address. Authorised staff and service providers supporting hosting, email, website maintenance and security may need access to perform their work. Relevant information may also be shared with personnel or contractors involved in fulfilling your requested project, or where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell personal information submitted through the enquiry form. Some technology providers may process information outside South Africa. Where such processing is used, applicable POPIA requirements for cross-border transfers must be met.
6. Cookies and third-party services
WordPress and security services may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as administrator login and website protection. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking necessary cookies may affect website functions.
If Google reCAPTCHA is enabled on an enquiry form, Google may process device, browser and interaction information to distinguish people from automated submissions. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service.
Links to social media and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Please review their policies when you leave this website.
7. Retention and security
Personal information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, resulting business relationship, record-keeping duties or applicable legal requirements. Contact us to request a review of information we hold. Deletion may be limited where records must lawfully be retained, and backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle.
We use access restrictions and reasonable security measures to protect enquiry information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe your information has been misused.
8. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your personal information, request access, ask for corrections, or request deletion of information that is no longer needed or is held unlawfully. You may also object to certain processing and withdraw consent where processing relies on that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Send requests to info@ndacapitalprojects.co.za. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
9. Complaints
Please contact us with any concerns. You also have the right to complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator. Current instructions and the complaint portal are available on the Information Regulator’s complaints page.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, website or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
